Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs


A simple breakfast of eggs fresh from a friends local farm is a great way to start a Houston Sunday morning. Fresh chives from the herb garden and berries and bacon with buscuits help make a hearty breakfast/brunch.
Farm Fresh Scrambled Eggs
4 fresh eggs, beaten not whipped
3 TBS 2% milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp butter
Beat eggs in a bowl until well mixed and add milk, salt and pepper. Heat butter in a small non stick skillet until melted and then add egg mixture. Stir as egg begins to solidify, cooking until eggs are done to desired consistency. Serve and eat immediately
