Gourmet Clif

So lets face it.. sometimes you just don’t have time to cook some big grand meal. Sometimes your busy and you just need to EAT! This of course doesn’t mean you need to eat out of a bag of chips or something. This meal takes a minute and will satisfy your hunger and you will not feel like your “slummin’ it”
Take your favoite Clif bar, in our case an Oatmeal Rasin Walnut. Cut in half and position on plate with basil garnish. Serve and enjoy!

When I find myself in that predicament, I usually go for the hotdog shelf in the freezer. Although that may have to change after the scolding I got from my physician today.
