Mid-Day Natto Snack

If your fortunate enough to live near a Japanese Grocery Store like Mitsuwa and your brave enough to buy and eat things that you can’t read, you might pick up some Natto.  Being introducted to Natto right here in the NY area by our Houston connection, I (almost) instantly fell in love.  Natto is basically fermented soy beans that usually come with different flavorings.

Its almost a right of passage for the hard core, as it will always get a repulsive reaction from those not familiar with it.  Natto is very “slimey” and “gooey”.  Not what most people look for in a snack.  But we’re not most people!  Not only super healthy for you, its also cheap.  Three containers of this Natto cost a whopping $2.19.  Look below for the 2 steps to enjoy your very own Natto!

Step 1: Add Flavor Sauces

Step 2: Mix and Enjoy!
