Nothing too special, but it is strong enough to not break with my fillings and doesn't have too strong of a taste, so the fillings shine through! There was another one that I loved and it had chicken, mandarin oranges, cucumber, shredded carrot, toasted almonds and crispy noodles...mmm! It was a sweet dressing but you could probably use anything with a asian twist; sesame, ginger or soy. What type of wrap do you use? Definitely give it a try!
