Not so much a recipe as a truly amazing snack food. My Mom and I used to make this for our movie afternoons and it is supremely satisfying with the buttery, salty popcorn and sweet crisp of the M&M shell with molten chocolate inside. We used peanut M&Ms but feel free to experiment with the many other flavors available these days.

The secret is to add the M&Ms right when the popcorn comes out of the microwave…it’s good cold but the magic happens when the chocolate melts inside the candy shell…mmm!
