		<description>Since I really like duck breasts fixed other ways I cringe when folks waste those in gumbo.  My wife&#039;s version is the exception.  I still prefer using the rest of the duck for gumbo, but if you ate Kathy&#039;s version there is little doubt that you would argue with me.</description>
