So do we get a rendition of the Hoboken bagel incident? ;) Oh and PS...we'll be making these soon; perhaps subbing cranberry for the blueberry and topping with some crumbled walnuts. hahaha….definitely one of my favorite memories of my time in NY and while that bakery has definitely taken down others (Joe and his bunny sugar cookie for instance), yours was certainly the most epic!
