Hi folks – I have to admit, my favorite recipe from the site is Erin’s popcorn with M&Ms! I’m a popcorn nut and as soon as I read that I ran out and bought some M&Ms to throw into my next batch. So good! Is it bad that the one I’ve made the most isn’t even a recipe?

With a baby, I haven’t had as much time for cooking lately, so I mostly read the site to enjoy your food vicariously. However, I did get inspired to try Hunter’s lamb curry recipe and it was great, other than some technical difficulties I encountered by not grinding my whole spices enough (gritty sauce isn’t the best). Powdered spices are the way to go…or at least I should have sifted mine before adding them to the sauce.
