FYI, you don't eat the bones, just nibble the pieces of caramelized salmon off of them. I didn't get that briefing though and ate all of the bones. A bit crunchy (as you'd expect) but all in all, not bad...but yes, slightly less shock if you just nibble around the bones! mmm these ARE tasty.
