		<description>Funny how we all get caught up in &#039;complicated is better&#039; recipes when some of the finest things in life are simple!  I would mention that the type of sushi rice (koshihikiari is our favorite right now), can make amazing differences in rice taste profiles,  which is an  adventure all on it&#039;s own!!  Also glad you survived your sushi addicted parents!!:)</description>
